Pennsylvania has many great places to camp. From the mountains to the rivers, Pennsylvania is home to some of the most beautiful campsites in the country.

There are hundreds of options for campgrounds throughout PA, but these are 10 that are guaranteed to give you a good time!

1. Fox Den Acres Campgrounds, New Stanton, PA

The Fox Den Acres Campgrounds has many amenities, including 119 electric campsites and 26 non-electric sites. The campground also offers showers, quiet hours for families with children, trash collection service available, picnic tables at every site and dump station.

2. Camp Davis Campground, Boyers, PA

Camp Davis has a lot of activities to do including hiking trails and mini golf! The campgrounds offer cabin rentals as well as tent camping. Hiking trails are beautifully constructed through the woods of the area leading to a pond where visitors can swim in during summer months or go ice skating on during winter months. In addition to swimming and ice skating there is also fishing along with horseshoes and volleyball courts. There is no charge for camping.

3. Mirror Lake Campground, New Florence, PA

Mirror Lake RV Camping and Fishing Campgrounds is located in picturesque southwestern Pennsylvania with an old-fashioned family atmosphere. There are many amenities including being close to the Laurel Highlands, a beautiful mountainous region in southwestern Pennsylvania. Private showers located within each camping area provide hot water and flushable toilets are centrally located throughout the campgrounds.  Mirror Lake is also the closest campground to Idlewild Park and Soak Zone.

Other amenities include grills for cooking your meals, picnic pavilion available for group outings, open fires are allowed with the following conditions: an established fire ring is used, fire must be maintained at all times by responsible person(s) and fire must not damage trees or shrubs.

Fort Boone is very family friendly RV park and campground has amenities that include hot showers, restrooms with flushable toilets that feature modern shower facilities for both men and women. 6. Ringing Rocks Family Campground, Upper Black Eddy, PA

The Ringing Rocks Family Campground is located an hour south of the scenic Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
