These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Best Reviews Hub LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We design, build, host, and maintain websites for local businesses. Services are offered in the plans described on our pricing page, which set out what is included, the one-time build cost, and the recurring monthly cost.

Payment terms

• The one-time build fee is due before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• The monthly fee is billed in advance on the same day each month and begins when your site goes live.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Cancellation

Our monthly plans have no contract and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Build fees and monthly fees already paid are not refundable, and we do not prorate partial months.

Domain and content ownership

• Your domain. Your web address is registered with you as the registrant and owner. If you cancel, it remains yours and we will help transfer it.
• Your content. Text, photos, logos, and business information you provide remain yours. You grant us permission to use them to build and operate your site.
• Your responsibility. You confirm you have the right to use any content you give us and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Our work. Underlying templates, code frameworks, and systems we use to build sites remain ours.

What we do not guarantee

We build sites designed to be found in search results, but search rankings are controlled entirely by search engines and are influenced by competition, location, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, number of calls, or amount of business. Any figures we discuss are estimates, not promises.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that promotes illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate service for violations.

SMS and text messaging terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Best Reviews Hub LLC.

Program description

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related and transactional SMS messages from us. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, project and account updates, billing and payment notices, replies to questions you send us, and customer support communications.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website that includes a clear consent checkbox, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission during the course of doing business with us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. You may receive messages when there is an update on your project, an appointment, or your billing.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will stop sending messages to that number. You may also contact us directly to be removed.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third parties including domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, and search engines. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers, including any action taken against your Google Business Profile.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
